1. Payment items: by T/T
Upon order confirmation, a 70% advance payment via T/T is required, with the remaining 30% due via T/T within 30 days.
2. Validity:15 days.
3. Delivery Date: The machine will arrive within 2 days of the down payment.
4. Installation and commission
4.1 Before shipment, we will set up, troubleshoot, and test the production at the facility.
4.2 If needed, We will send one mechanical engineer for machine installation guidance and production debugging.
5. Quality Guarantee and Service Scope
5.1 Inspection Before Machine Dispatch
The buyer must inspect the machine at the manufacturer’s site before shipment.
Machine dimensions, equipment count, surface finish, and revolution conditions must be verified.
5.2 Training
The seller’s engineers will provide comprehensive training during the installation of the machine at the customer’s plant.
5.3 Promises
The warranty lasts 12 months from the Acceptance Certificate signing. We will provide complimentary design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning services, excluding damages from intentional sabotage.
Out of warranty period: we give our users paid service. Only the changed parts need to be paid by the cost.
