How to laser marking machine in stainless steel on the black letter?

Fiber laser marking machines make marking metal easy, especially on stainless steel. Marking black letters is fast and leaves a permanent non-fading mark. However, marking copper can be more challenging. Let’s explore how laser marking machines work on stainless steel with black letters.

1. Open the computer and carefully mark the map. Choose a fine line spacing of 0.01-0.02mm for filling lines, adjust margins for proper display, aiming for precision.

2. For optical fiber machine marking, choose a speed of 100-200mm/S for slower, more accurate marking. Calculate graphics selection with care, considering grouping for uncertainty.

3. Opt for the shortest marking angle for consistency in darkness. Ideally, choose a marking angle of around 45 degrees. Select marking power between 50-70 and a frequency of 10KHZ for optimal results.

4. To improve results, reduce marking speed slightly and adjust focus by 1mm. If surface unevenness exceeds 2mm, adjust the marking strategy by dividing, lowering the frequency, and increasing power as needed.
